How can I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer service within 3 hours after the reception. Items to be returned/exchanged should not be opened or tested. For returns and exchange, a delivery charge of $5 applies.

Delivery within Lebanon typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
